Medium Voltage Operations Manager
Job Summary
Building a new department from the ground up, the full-time Remote Medium Voltage Operations Manager will lead the hiring and development of teams, establish operating procedures, and manage day-to-day execution for the company's national Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the phased hiring plan and develop Standard Operating Procedures for medium voltage work
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert, managing subcontractor performance and providing technical oversight
- Oversee scheduling and execution of preventative and corrective maintenance nationwide, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in medium voltage operations and maintenance management
- Strong understanding of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and safety compliance standards
- Experience in developing training programs and managing technical teams
- Ability to manage budgets and track financial performance
- Technical expertise in medium voltage systems and related equipment
