Member Advocate Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of egg donors, the full-time Member Advocate Manager will oversee case management throughout the egg freezing and donation journey, serving as a primary point of contact while coordinating with fertility clinics and optimizing operational procedures remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate for Split Members, guiding them through their egg donation journey
• Manage day-to-day case management for multiple Split members, ensuring timelines are met and members are informed
• Build and optimize case management best practices and operational procedures

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a case manager or coordinator with a proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Experience in healthcare or working with fertility clinics and providers is a bonus
• Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools
• Strong interest in the fertility field and willingness to educate members on egg donation and freezing
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
