Job Summary
Supporting member engagement strategies, the full-time telecommuter Member Engagement Consultant I will collaborate on projects, analyze trends, and coordinate communications to enhance member initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members on assigned projects to ensure effective implementation and timely completion of tasks
- Support project planning by analyzing information, monitoring compliance, and contributing to recommendations
- Coordinate the development and delivery of project communications throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or three (3) years of relevant business experience
- Two (2) years of experience supporting projects, programs, or business initiatives
- Experience in the health care industry is preferred
- Knowledge of factors influencing health care organizations and consumers
- Two (2) years of member engagement or related experience is preferred
