Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Member Engagement Coordinator will make high-volume outbound calls to engage members, sell the benefits of health evaluations, and schedule appointments with licensed providers while utilizing scripts and an auto-dialer.
Key responsibilities
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer and schedule free health evaluations
- Utilize pre-approved scripts to ensure consistent communication and effectively overcome objections
- Meet daily performance metrics, including appointments scheduled and call handling time
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Desire to work in a results-driven outbound call center environment
- Strong sales aptitude with motivation to achieve monthly incentives
- Previous experience in high-volume call centers and familiarity with auto-dialers
- Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously
