Member Engagement Operations Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Member Engagement Operations Associate will manage campaign preparation, audience building, quality assurance, and performance reporting to ensure effective member engagement and support clinical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, launch, and measure campaigns across various communication channels while ensuring compliance with SOPs and timelines
• Conduct pre- and post-launch quality assurance checks, monitor responses, and escalate issues promptly
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and track campaign performance metrics to improve processes and reporting

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in communications, digital strategy, or engagement projects, or relevant internship experience
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics tools for decision-making
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm ET)
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira
