Job Summary

The full-time salaried Member Growth Operations Associate Manager will execute and improve member communications across various channels, ensuring quality and accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and quality-check cross-channel campaigns, including email, direct mail, and SMS
• Support launches and ongoing campaign operations by coordinating project plans and managing dependencies
• Maintain client content and contact-governance processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with opt-out requests

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, project management, or a related field
• Demonstrated project management experience with a disciplined approach to quality assurance
• Ability to learn technical systems and workflows quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clarify requirements and escalate risks
• Proactive use of AI tools to improve individual output and efficiency
