Job Summary
Leading the strategy for enhancing member operations, the full-time Member Lifecycle Director - Transformation will define and execute initiatives across the member lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead strategies to improve member operations and experiences across the lifecycle
- Design and evolve operating models to support growth, scalability, and performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance member journeys and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare delivery models and value-based care principles
- Experience leading technology-enabled operational improvement efforts
- Formal training in product management or digital transformation preferred
