Member Service Representative
Job Summary
Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Member Service Representative will assist in daily retail branch operations, perform routine and complex transactions, and advocate for member needs while working onsite and remotely as required.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent member service and accurately perform transactions while maintaining compliance with regulations
- Actively listen to member needs and offer appropriate referrals for products and services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals while participating in training and development activities
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or college degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
- Ability to complete new account and loan training within the first year of service
- Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
