Member Service Representative
Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to members, the part-time Member Service Agent will manage financial transactions, open new accounts, and educate members on products and services, with a schedule of Monday to Friday and rotating Saturdays, offering work-from-home flexibility after training.
Key responsibilities
- Assist members with account needs and transactions via phone, email, and chat
- Open new accounts and process checks for members
- Respond to inquiries about credit union products and services
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or financial services preferred
- Proficiency with electronic communication tools
- Ability to work rotating Saturdays
- Willingness to undergo training onsite before transitioning to remote work
