Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional service as the first point of contact, the full-time Member Service Representative will assist members with financial transactions, educate them on products, and build professional relationships while working onsite in Chetek, WI.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with members and colleagues to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Assist members with financial transactions across various channels while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Educate members on financial opportunities and promote credit union products and services

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of basic math skills and cash handling experience
• 1+ years of experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment preferred
• Prior experience in a credit union or bank as a member service representative or teller is beneficial but not required
• Ability to handle confidential matters and remain calm under pressure
• Exemplary verbal communication skills with a positive and energetic attitude
