Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member and Provider Service Supervisor responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and supervising service center staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement policies and procedures to achieve productivity and quality standards
  • Analyze call volumes and adjust staff resources to meet performance goals
  • Monitor compliance with corporate standards and provide training opportunities for staff
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred
  • Three or more years of call center experience preferred
  • Three or more years of experience in healthcare or managed care preferred
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience preferred, ideally in claims operations
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
