Job Summary
Providing exceptional member experiences, the full-time Member Services Specialist will assist members with inquiries and transactions via multiple communication channels while promoting Credit Union products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of Credit Union products and services during member interactions
- Assist members with transactions and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Cross-sell Credit Union products and services during eligible member interactions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6 months sales experience in a retail or financial environment
- Previous contact center and banking experience preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Adequate secure workspace required for hybrid remote work eligibility
