Job Summary
Providing exceptional member experiences, the full-time Member Services Specialist will assist members with transactions, offer financial products, and uphold service standards in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries and transactions through various communication channels, ensuring quality service
- Demonstrate knowledge of Credit Union products and services, cross-selling during member interactions
- Research and resolve member inquiries, maintaining confidentiality and privacy of member information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6 months sales experience in a retail or financial environment
- Previous contact center and banking experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Adequate secure workspace required for hybrid remote work eligibility
