Membership Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise data workflows in a remote, full-time capacity, the Membership Analytics Engineer will perform business analysis, develop Microsoft Power BI reports, and assist with data transformation and presentation, ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable and relevant data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable data products
• Assist in the design and maintenance of data pipelines and models within Microsoft Fabric to ensure data accuracy and availability

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience with SQL databases and developing queries for reporting and analysis
• 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design
• 2-5 years of experience in data collection, preparation, transformation, and reporting
• Preferred experience with engagement-related scoring systems and identifying at-risk members
• Demonstrated understanding of association-related business processes, including Membership and Marketing data
