Membership Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Membership Sales Call Center Representative will respond to incoming calls from prospective and current members to sell memberships and additional products, while also performing outbound marketing efforts and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls to sell memberships, upgrades, and additional products and services
• Perform outbound calls to prospective and lapsed members to promote membership renewals and explain Club services
• Track daily sales activity and resolve collections issues for outstanding membership accounts

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer service experience required
• Retail sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred
• If bilingual, must pass a translation assessment during pre-hire screening
