Job Summary
Seeking Master's-level professionals, the part-time Mental Health Group Facilitator will facilitate telehealth group sessions, collaborate closely with therapy teams, and engage clients in meaningful discussions to support their mental health journey.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions using the current curriculum and best practices while fostering client engagement
- Collaborate with Primary Therapists and participate in therapy treatment team meetings
- Complete onboarding requirements and maintain timely communication with clients and team members
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings
- Proficiency in multiple treatment modalities such as DBT, CBT, or EMDR
- Availability to work weeknights and Saturdays
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and proficiency with cloud-based communication software
