Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Mental Health Group Facilitator - MS will provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, facilitating group sessions and ensuring client engagement while adhering to best practices and operational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions for various age groups, ensuring adherence to Charlie Health's curriculum and best practices
- Engage in regular check-ins with supervisors and participate in collaborative treatment team meetings
- Maintain timely communication with clients and complete treatment documentation within required timeframes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with group treatment experience
- Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
- Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions with reliable internet access
