Mental Health Patient Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinating appointments for patients and providers across multiple states, the full-time Mental Health Patient Coordinator will manage scheduling, communicate insurance information, and provide excellent customer service in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments while adhering to practice protocols
• Provide accurate information regarding services and insurance coverage to patients and referral sources
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments while maintaining patient information and insurance protocols

Required qualifications

• Experience with insurance eligibility
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
