Mental Health Physician (MD/DO)

Job Summary

Mental Health Physician (MD/DO), a part-time role providing remote, evidence-based mental health care through video appointments, conducting evaluations, and managing medication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive virtual mental health medication management via video appointments
• Perform mental health risk assessments and evaluations
• Document treatment recommendations and prescribe medication using a custom-built EHR

Required Qualifications:

• Board certified MD or DO, preferably in internal medicine or family medicine
• Two+ years post-residency experience in continuity of care models
• Unrestricted medical license
• Strong interest and passion for mental health care
• Ability to work 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
