Mental Health Recruiter

Job Summary

Passionate about expanding access to quality psychiatric care, the full-time Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner will recruit mental health therapists, manage onboarding processes, and develop sourcing strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Articulate the brand and core values to candidates while managing the recruiting and onboarding processes
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to fill openings and build a pipeline of qualified therapist candidates
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and attend therapist conferences to attract prospective candidates

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in a recruiter role, preferably in healthcare
• At least 1 year of experience in mental health recruitment
• Proven ability to maintain applicant tracking systems accurately
• Strong computer skills, including advanced spreadsheet capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
