MEP Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing MEP construction projects for a global technology client's data center, the full-time MEP Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and ensure the timely completion of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the review and integration of MEP system designs with overall project plans
• Manage project costs, develop schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and construction teams to integrate systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, with 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in mission-critical facilities MEP infrastructure, particularly data centers
• Proficiency in Project Management software is required; experience with Google Suite is beneficial
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired; PMP and/or LEED certification are beneficial
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on quality and efficiency
