MEP Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in project management, the full-time Sr. Project Manager - MEP Construction will oversee reporting, cost, risk, and scope management for major data center projects, ensuring on-programme, on-cost, and on-quality delivery while coordinating with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery including cost planning, design management, and construction management until project completion
• Track project progress and issue monthly formal reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for progress claims and payments
• Coordinate communications between project stakeholders and maintain adherence to project management guidelines and practices

Required qualifications

• Degree in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, particularly with major data center projects and MEP coordination
• Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS-Office
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
