Job Summary

Working remotely or in Dallas, the full-time Merchandise Operations Solution Architect will engage with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client business needs, while overseeing functional documentation and managing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Models positive interactions with internal groups and serves as a key contact for functional discussions related to Merchandise Operations solutions
• Interacts directly with customers to develop strong relationships and a clear understanding of their processes and integrations
• Conducts functional analysis sessions to gather requirements and develop business solutions that align with client needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in implementing and designing Merchandise Operations solutions
• In-depth knowledge of merchandising software solutions and data models
• Experience in understanding and integrating data between various Supply Chain and Merchandising applications
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of ERP systems, Cloud, Middleware technologies, and SQL Plus
