Merchandising Operations Manager

Job Summary

To lead daily merchandising processes, the full-time salaried Merchandising Operations Manager will manage purchase order entry and SKU creation while developing a Merchandise Coordinator, ensuring accurate reporting and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Merchandise Coordinator, setting priorities and establishing expectations for accuracy and deadlines
• Own accurate and timely purchase order entry and management, overseeing the entire PO lifecycle and ensuring alignment with vendor information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align approved buys and communicate updates on open orders and delivery risks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising operations, product operations, or supply chain operations
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a direct report, including coaching and performance management
• Hands-on experience with purchase order entry, management, and SKU creation, including data integrity
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems and advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
