Job Summary

Owning the branded merchandise function, the full-time remote Merchandising Production Manager will manage vendor sourcing, production processes, and budget oversight to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency of merchandise across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a reliable supplier network while managing vendor performance and negotiations
• Oversee end-to-end production management from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Manage the merchandise budget, track spending, and identify savings opportunities through effective sourcing

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a production or merchandise function, ideally in merchandise or apparel sourcing
• Strong background in vendor sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management
• Experience with inventory planning and forecasting
• Skilled negotiator with a successful track record in securing favorable costs and terms
• Familiarity with merchandise production methods and workflow optimization
