Job Summary
To support restaurant partners effectively, the full-time remote Merchant Operations Specialist will configure merchant setups, connect partner integrations, and investigate and resolve issues related to loyalty programs and online ordering systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure merchant setups, including loyalty, rewards, and online ordering for new and existing merchants
- Connect merchants to their POS and delivery partners, managing credentials and integration issues
- Investigate and resolve escalated issues from Support and Customer Success, providing clear bug reports when necessary
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a technical support, operations, or implementation role with problem diagnosis across multiple systems
- Track record of identifying root causes rather than just closing tickets
- Comfort with data analysis; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience using AI tools for analysis and troubleshooting
- Clear written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
