MES Technical Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote MES Technical Lead, the role focuses on configuring and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems, leading the design and optimization of manufacturing information systems, and ensuring integration with core enterprise systems such as ERP and QMS.
Key responsibilities
- Perform hands-on configuration of MES application modules and enforce configuration standards for system stability
- Architect and design manufacturing system solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity
- Lead application consolidation, upgrades, and data migration efforts while ensuring data integrity across connected manufacturing systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing IT or MES-focused technical roles
- Direct, hands-on experience with MES systems such as iBASE t Solumina, including system configuration and integration activities
- Experience capturing business and technical requirements and translating them into MES solution designs
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile
