Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support and administration, the full-time Messaging & Collaboration Engineer will act as the L3 escalation point for messaging operations, managing email security, collaboration technologies, and complex mail flow issues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the L3 escalation point for Messaging & Collaboration incidents
- Administer Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem, and various email security platforms
- Support mailbox migrations, compliance activities, and manage email security operations
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Messaging environments
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange
- Experience with email security platforms such as Proofpoint and Clearswift
- Proficiency in BitTitan MigrationWiz and Microsoft 365 Administration
- Knowledge of PowerShell and ServiceNow
