Providing advanced technical support and administration, the hybrid Messaging & Collaboration L3 Engineer will act as the highest escalation point for messaging operations, managing email security, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting mailbox migrations and compliance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the L3 escalation point for Messaging & Collaboration incidents
- Administer Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem, and email security platforms like Proofpoint and Clearswift
- Support mailbox migrations, tenant transitions, and manage email security operations
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Messaging environments
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange
- Experience with email security platforms such as Proofpoint and Clearswift
- Proficiency in BitTitan MigrationWiz and Microsoft 365 Administration
- Familiarity with PowerShell and ServiceNow
