Mexico Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Mexico Payroll Implementation Consultant/Lead for a contract position to support payroll transformation initiatives, who will serve as a subject matter expert on Mexican payroll while collaborating with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, with remote candidates strongly considered.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Mexican payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support payroll implementations, system conversions, and process transformations
• Translate Mexico payroll requirements into functional and system requirements for implementation teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, MIS, or Business Administration
• 3+ years of payroll experience with significant exposure to Mexican payroll
• Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations and statutory requirements
• Experience in payroll system implementation, conversion, or transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, ISR, and CFDI de Nomina
