Job Summary
To support the auto subrogation process, the fully remote Michigan Auto Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact extensively with involved parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience handling auto subrogation claims
- High school diploma and related claims experience required
- Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices in auto subrogation
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
- Preferred: Active adjusters' license, either all lines or auto adjusters license
