To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Michigan Auto Claims Adjuster will manage auto subrogation claims, analyze claims exposure, and ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
- Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience handling auto subrogation claims
- Experience with claims in the Michigan jurisdiction
- High school diploma and 2 years related claims experience required
- Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
