Job Summary
A company is looking for a Programming Analyst - Dynamics 365 Systems Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems
- Support and enhance the infrastructure/network environment for critical business applications
- Provide technical oversight and application support across the full SDLC, including troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Infrastructure/Network and Application Support experience in complex IT environments
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, architect-level preferred
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, and cloud integration services
- Experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst with a focus on troubleshooting and support
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment and collaborating with remote and onsite teams
