Senior Microsoft Dynamics Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Quote to Cash (Q2C) solutions, ensuring integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize pricing, quoting, and order management processes for B2B and B2C models
• Lead CPQ configuration and customization efforts and manage EDI processing workflows for seamless B2B transactions

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes for B2B and B2C industries
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and CPQ
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and its integration with CRM & CPQ
• Experience with enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft or any ESB
• Proficiency in Pricing, Quoting, and Order Management workflows
