Michigan Licensed Information Security Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing enterprise, the full-time Michigan Licensed Information Security Architect will define and maintain security architectures, provide secure design guidance, and conduct architecture reviews in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop, and maintain security reference architectures and standards for secure solution delivery
• Provide secure design guidance to product teams and conduct architecture and design reviews
• Collaborate across teams to drive adoption of secure design patterns and influence architecture decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline
• 7-8+ years of experience in information security and architecture across multiple IT domains
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture principles and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA)
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions while integrating security controls
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences
