Job Summary

To drive sales in a fast-paced call center environment, the full-time Michigan Licensed Life Sales Agent will promote and sell AAA Life Insurance products, providing detailed product information and achieving specific production goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Promotes the sale of life insurance products and identifies cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Completes applications and follows internal processing procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
• Provides advanced product information to customers and achieves established sales and performance goals

Required qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience, with at least 1 year in insurance or financial services preferred
• Current license to sell life insurance
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and web-related products
• Ability to work extended or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
