Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding and enrolling in Medicare plans using provided leads
- Complete training through Connie Academy to master Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
- Build and manage a personal client portfolio, focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Active health insurance license; life-only or P&C-only licenses are not acceptable
- Proven sales experience in any sector, such as retail, auto, or insurance
- New to Medicare, with less than one year of prior Medicare sales experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a personal business
- Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
