Job Summary
To provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time Michigan Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with the care team while adhering to best practices and operational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum and best practices, ensuring client engagement and participation
- Participate in monthly check-ins with the Group Quality Supervisor and collaborative Treatment Team meetings
- Complete all onboarding requirements and maintain timely communication with clients and staff
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR)
- Technical proficiency in running effective telehealth sessions and using cloud-based communication tools
- Availability during late afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
