Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Michigan Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients while managing a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week and completing documentation within 48 hours of client contact.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients
- Maintain a client caseload and ensure timely completion of all documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and adjust treatment based on client progress
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in Michigan as LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and 6+ months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments and comfort with EHR systems
- Willingness to become licensed in other states, with costs covered by the employer
