Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Michigan Licensed Registered Dietitian (1099) will analyze patient assessments, conduct diet and lifestyle counseling via video, and collaborate with healthcare providers while maintaining patient records and dedicating a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze intake assessments, including medical history and dietary habits
- Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling sessions and provide education via video
- Collaborate with physicians and APRNs while maintaining accurate patient records
Required qualifications
- Current certification as a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Open to feedback and eager to learn within a supportive care team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Comfortable using various platforms, including EMR systems and telehealth tools
- Prior experience in nutrition counseling or patient care is a plus but not required
