Job Summary
Working remotely from Michigan, Arizona, Florida, or Texas, the full-time Specialty Pharmacy Technician will interpret and enter prescription data, manage patient communications, and ensure high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Verify appropriate and accurate patient information
- Enter prescription data into the pharmacy system
- Contact patients, pharmacists, and providers to resolve issues
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current Pharmacy Technician state license in the state of employment without restrictions
- 1+ years of pharmacy prescription processing experience
- 1+ years of experience with computer navigation and Microsoft programs such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday
