Micro-credential Platform Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the administration and enhancement of micro-credential workflows, the full-time remote Micro-credential Platform Administrator will manage platform operations, serve as a liaison among various stakeholders, and ensure effective system solutions are implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the micro-credential platform and related systems
• Act as a primary liaison to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements among academic and administrative units
• Oversee credential and badge issuance workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in collaboration with various campus partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting a credentialing, badging, or learning platform
• Knowledge of micro-credentials and digital credentials, including their structure and support for competency-based education
• Familiarity with digital badging practices and credential lifecycle management
• Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Canvas and business systems analysis
