Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a remote team, the full-time Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer will be responsible for engineering, administration, automation, and operational support of the enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and engineer enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 services, ensuring platform health and performance
- Troubleshoot escalated incidents, manage Microsoft support cases, and document findings for root-cause analysis
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Azure Automation, while implementing governance and compliance controls
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments
- Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and experience building Azure Automation Runbooks
- Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs and SharePoint application registrations
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing Microsoft support cases
