Job Summary
Leading enterprise customers through the strategic adoption and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot, the full-time remote Microsoft 365 Copilot Expert will manage technical advisory engagements, design AI governance frameworks, and provide guidance on extensibility and customization solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot strategy and adoption engagements for clients of varying sizes
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks and best practices for responsible AI use
- Conduct assessments of Microsoft 365 security and compliance to support Copilot deployments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting or related fields
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies and AI-powered solutions
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture and integration considerations
- Proven experience leading strategy and governance engagements for large enterprises
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI governance frameworks and risk management principles
