Microsoft 365 Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic enterprise environment, the full-time remote Microsoft 365 Engineer will implement, administer, and support Microsoft 365 services, focusing on collaboration, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions while partnering with business and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva, Power Platform, and Azure services with an emphasis on governance and service health
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement automation and digital transformation opportunities using Microsoft 365 tools
- Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and maintain documentation and operational procedures to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Viva, and Azure services
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and automation technologies
- Familiarity with security and compliance concepts, including DLP and information governance
