Microsoft 365 Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the administration and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 environment, the full-time Microsoft 365 Engineer will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive, while ensuring security and compliance in a federal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
- Implement identity and access management, security compliance, and automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Collaborate with business, security, and technical teams to deploy emerging Microsoft 365 capabilities and maintain governance standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant IT experience with hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and engineering
- Strong experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, including SSO, MFA, and identity management
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management
