Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Lead

Job Summary

Serving as the technical lead, the full-time contract Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Delivery Lead will manage the end-to-end delivery, administration, and optimization of Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions, including Active Directory and Microsoft Teams, in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and delivering enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and cloud projects from planning through implementation
• Providing technical oversight and ensuring the quality of project deliverables produced by team members
• Coordinating activities across internal and external workstreams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT industry experience, including large-scale enterprise infrastructure programs
• Active Secret Security Clearance (or higher) is required
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex global technology deployment initiatives
