Microsoft 365 Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a Microsoft 365 Product Manager for a fully remote, salaried position, who will manage enterprise Microsoft 365 capabilities, bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, and support product adoption and continuous improvement efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate Microsoft 365 services and assess organizational impacts of roadmap announcements and feature releases
- Analyze product usage and user feedback to identify opportunities for improving user experience and platform effectiveness
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to support successful adoption of Microsoft 365 products
Required qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience with enterprise Microsoft 365 services
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and related services
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating user needs into technology recommendations
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, or similar technologies for Microsoft 365 administration
