Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried SharePoint Solutions Specialist will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, serving as a subject matter expert for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and related technologies while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain SharePoint Online environments and lead migrations from on-premises platforms
- Serve as the lead technical resource for Microsoft 365 projects, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process automation using Power Platform tools and assist clients in adopting low-code/no-code solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in Information Technology, with 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Demonstrated experience implementing SharePoint Online solutions and managing client-facing projects
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform solutions
