Microsoft AI Solutions Developer

Job Summary

Building client-facing AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, the full-time Microsoft AI Solutions Developer will develop custom applications using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Fabric while collaborating with clients and technical teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and validate use cases by working directly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain custom Microsoft AI solutions and data integration environments
• Document solution architectures and deployment procedures while ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of client-facing experience in a technical or consulting role
• 1-4 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or AI solution development
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Fabric
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and technical solution design for AI applications
• Familiarity with enterprise data governance and secure deployment patterns across Microsoft environments
